In this episode we un-box and go over our new Williams 14000 BTU direct-vent propane furnace and install a high altitude burner orifice to adjust the heater to our altitude situation.
It is amazing how little information there is about small furnaces and when dealing with higher altitudes, the information seems to diminish even further. Adding to that it appears manufacturers no longer offer furnaces already set up for different altitude situations, requiring installers alter the furnace at installation.
