Method:- oil roast 2 tspn
Method:
- oil roast 2 tspn mustard, coconut 2 tablspn,ginger small piece, red chilly 4, tamarind small piece
- grind with little asafoetida
- burn the bhaingan brinjal or 5 small brinjals and peel off the skin
- grind along with ground masala and salt
- sprinkle little water while grinding
- temper with oil , urud dal, curryleaf..
- tempering is not necessary
