ingredients
measure all the ingredients with same cup
sooji-1 cup
atta-1 cup
ghee-3/4 cup
reduced milk-1 cup (boil 2 cups of milk till 1 cup milk is left)
unreduced milk-1 cup
baking powder-1 tsp
baking soda- pinch of
pinch of salt
cardamom powder-1 tsp
leftover thick sugar syrup-1 cup
(sugar syrup made with 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water)
