Suzuki VanVan 200 Fat Tire Custom Dual Sport Motorcycle

In this video, see how we tackled our latest custom motorcycle build, a 2018 Suzuki VanVan RV200 (a pair of them, actually), that got a fully custom, but entirely bolt-on update that gives the fun-loving modern classic an attitude adjustment.

We built this Suzuki VanVan in our shop, but made a duplicate of every single part, so the customer could build a twin version of this bike at home. What's more fun than a Suzuki VanVan 200? Two VanVans!

All of the work to complete this dual sport project was performed in-house — from custom metal fabrication, paint and graphics, powder coat, electronics, and upholstery. Let us know what you think about it in the comments.
