Luxembourg's royal family celebrate the christening of newborn Prince François

Luxembourg's Royal Family celebrated the christening of their newest member over the weekend, as little Prince François was christened at Fischbach Church. His parents, Hereditary Grand Duke Guillaume and Hereditary Grand Duchess Stephanie, who also have three-year-old son Prince Charles, looked on proudly during the ceremony, held just a couple of months after the baby's birth on March 27, 2023.

Prince Charles, dressed in a pair of shorts with a white shirt and blue jacket, waved sweetly to photographers as the family arrived at the church for the service.

Princess Stephanie wore a pale pink suit as she carried out her baby son in his long white christening gown, while Prince Guillaume looked smart in a dark suit.

Luxembourg's ruling Grand Duke Henri and Grand Duchess Maria Teresa, the little one's grandparents, were also in attendance as was their daughter Princess Alexandra.

Princess Alexandra will serve as godmother to Prince François as well as being his aunt.
