Commercial breaks taken from the Cinema 63 presentation of "WarGames", plus episodes of "Gomer Pyle, U.S.M.C." and "Get Smart" on independent station WVRN in Richmond, Virginia.

In the long history of Richmond television, WVRN is but a relative blip. The station was originally intended to sign on as a semi-religious independent in Pat Robertson's chain of Christian Broadcasting Network stations under the WRNX call letters, but was sold to National Capital Christian Broadcasting before it ever hit the air. After multiple delays, NCCB signed-on channel 63 as WTLL in November 1984, picking up most of the religious programming that ran on TVX-owned WRLH (channel 35) and filling out the rest of the schedule with old sitcoms, westerns, and children's shows.

After running the station for less than two years, NCCB sold WTLL to Sudbrink in 1986. Almost immediately, Sudbrink began shifting WTLL towards a traditional independent format as WVRN, bringing it into direct competition with WRLH. Richmond, however, was too small of a market to support what amounted to two independent stations (Fox, at the time, only programmed two nights of primetime per week on WRLH), and both stations fell into a rapid decline. Sudbrink declared bankruptcy in late 1986.

WVRN would only survive a few months past this recording; Act III bought WRLH, merged WVRN's stronger programming onto channel 35's schedule, and signed channel 63 off for good in September. Unable to find a buyer, the channel 63 license was returned to the FCC and cancelled; the allocation never again came up for relicensing.

Video suffers from poor over-the-air signal throughout.
