"Galui’s Crab Stuffed Baby Bellas"

Ingredients:
Approx. 24 to 30 Whole Baby Bella Mushrooms
7 oz.  Lump Crab Meat
3 tbsp. Butter
4  tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4  tbsp. Butter (1 tbsp. for Skillets and 3 tbsp. melted to  
                           drizzle over Mushrooms)
3  tbsp.  Minced White Onions
3  tbsp. Minced Green Bell Pepper                    
3  tbsp. Minced Celery
1/4 cup Beer (no Ale)
1 tsp.  McCormick Seasoning for Chicken
1 tsp.  Old Bay Seasoning
1 tsp.  Dry Chicken Bullion Powder
1 Egg beaten
3 tbsp. Italian Bread Crumbs
3 tbsp. Grated Parmesan – Romano Cheese
3 tbsp. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 ½ Cup Shredded Provolone Cheese

Directions:
Preheat Oven To 325 Degrees
Separate stems from Mushroom Caps by twisting stems then
using a Tomato Core to remove more meat out of the caps, set
caps aside and mince about ¼ stems.
In a large skillet add Mushroom Caps.
In another skillet add stems (both medium heat).
Split next ingredients between skillets Butter, Olive Oil, Beer,
Bullion, Old Bay, McCormick Seasoning.
Cover and cook about 10 Minutes or till tender.
Take out caps let cool on tray.
Add liquid from caps to stem mixture along with
Onion, Green Pepper, Celery, Italian Bread Crumb
Cook about 10 minutes. Let cool.
Shred Crab Meat making sure there is no shell.
To the cool mushroom stem mixture add crab meat, egg,
and all cheeses.
In a mini muffin pan add a mushroom cap in each fill each
with mixture evenly.
Melt remaining butter and drizzle over all stuffed mushrooms.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
Let rest and remove with a small spatula.
Put on serving tray and watch them disappear.
Enjoy!
