ЧИЗБУРГЕР ДОМА🍔 Нереально вкусная булочка, котлета и соус!🤗 Чизбургер/гамбургер/крафтбургер

We cooked these burgers for three hours and four of us! The result is simple 🔥🔥🔥 Fluffy bun, juicy beef patty and unrealistically delicious burger sauce😋 Recipe for 8 cheeseburgers.

For buns you will need:
flour - 400 gr.
sugar - 3 tablespoons
yeast - 1 pack or 1 tablespoon
warm milk - 250 ml.
vegetable oil - 50 ml.
salt - 1 tsp
2 yolks
protein of 1 egg

+ sesame seeds for sprinkling, 1 yolk and milk 1 tbsp. for lubrication

For cutlets:
1 kg. minced beef (it is better to do it yourself) - if you buy a store, it is better to take more and make the cutlets a little more
salt, pepper to taste

For the sauce:
2 tbsp ketchup Heinz
2 tsp Russian mustard
3-4 tablespoons mayonnaise
pickled cucumbers - 40-50 grams
red onion - half

Filling:
Bacon
Tomatoes
Cheddar cheese
Salad
