Unrealistically Delicious Pie with Jam. Butter Pie with Jam Delicious and Airy.

Ingredients:
milk - 250 ml
sugar - 140 g
vanilla sugar - 10 g
dry yeast - 10 g
salt - 1/3 tsp.
egg - 1 pc.
butter - 80 g
flour - 450 g + 50 g
starch - 1 tbsp.
egg - 1 pc. (for lubrication)
jam
Baking dish 28 cm
The pie should be baked at 180°C for about 30-40 minutes. Check readiness with a wooden stick; it should come out without any remaining raw dough. Baking time and temperature depend on the features of the oven.
