Sony HX20V Review

This Sony HX20V review is a very hands on 'out of the box' test to see how easy it is to understand and shoot great pictures as fast as possible. The Sony Cybershot DSCHX20V to give it it's full name, is a very small compact camera perfect for those times when you may want a camera with you but can't be arsed to take a DSL with you.

I tested some of the camera's features including Intelligent Auto, Program Mode, Panorama mode, Scene Selection mode and Manual mode. Why a little camera like this has a manual mode I don't know because there are not enough settings for you to use to make any difference.

The Sony HX20V which measures only 107 x 62 x 35 mm has a massive 20X optical zoom which equates to around 25 to 500mm and an 18.2 megapixel sensor. It can even shoot 1080 HD video.
