1/2 cup to 1 cup half and half or cream
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1 cup diced onions
1 cup diced celery
1 cup diced carrot
1 cup diced apple
1 cup diced tomatoes
2 cloves sliced garlic
1 tbsp. chili powder
pinch or so of cayenne pepper
salt and pepper
fresh sage leaves
