How to tie a Mule Hitch knot

The Mule Hitch is a super easy knot to learn to tie off cordage or bank line to an anchor point.  Useful around the camp site or outdoors and makes a good anchor for running a tarp line.  It's one of the few knots I've found that works well anchoring around thin square or rectangular poles.

The Mule hitch is also known as the Halter hitch (and probably loads of other names).
