Which Version OSI Alarm System do you have?
Depending on when you purchased your OSI Alarm System, connecting to wi-fi will have slightly different steps. To see which version you have, please go to your OSI Display and select "Menu", then "Version". You will see either 2G or 4G on the line below where it says WI-FI MAC:
