This footage is over 20 years old, showing what Ninpo taijutsu basics or essentials looks like.  I narrated this video to help people understand what is going on and to explain certain details about the training.  If you are a student of Ninpo you will recognize a lot of material in this video, if you have never seen something detailed of what Ninpo training looks like in a traditional dojo this will give you an inside seat at what the training entails, how diverse and complete the training is below black belt.  The footage was in rough condition and some of it is lost but here is what i was able to save.  So the order is not perfect and sound quality not the best but I think you can still see whats going on.  Again this was me over 20 years ago, many things I teach exactly the same way, others have changed as my understanding grew, not that it's any better today then 20 years ago, it's just different, maybe more refined and with less muscle power and more control over the space and energy around me.
