one way ANOVA in python, Tukey's HSD for multiple comparison

One way ANOVA is used for checking  equality of more than two population means. Assumptions for one way ANOVA are explained and also checked in Jupyter notebook. If the null hypothesis is rejected then multiple comparison test or post hoc test are executed to see exactly which groups differ significantly. Tukey's HSD test is used here for this purpose.
