For years my truck build had issues to iron out ie the suspension was setup but the turbo wasnt, or the tires were old, or the motor was running good but the suspension was missing swaybars or it was shaking. Its finally together and allllmost perfect.

As for the parts, I have a lot of used parts or inexpensive parts on my build that have held up, and i catch some criticism for this but the intention is I just want the build to be accessible and affordable. Its from reading too much budget car craft and grassroots motorsports magazines. For example i have a holset turbo off a city bus that cost only 150 bucks, but itll prob last forever. I find it more fun to take an old part and repurpose it and make it work. So here is the current setup.

Built motor wiseco pistons eagle rods 8.0 to 1 comp
Ported stock head, stock size valves
Oj stage 2 cam
Ported stock 240 intake, valve blades removed
Modified truck oil pan, baffles added
Racerpartswarehouse oil cooler kit
High volume oil pump, stock spring
Replacement timing chain and tensioner
160deg t stat
Cheap ebay log manifold, machined flat with safety wired exhaust manifold bolts, no gaskets, and stage 8 fasteners, no gaskets just flat surfaces
Holset hx35g oil and water cooled turbo from a cummins LPG bus motor with .63 ar hotside and inconel wheel
Tial 44 mm wg open dump
Forge blowoff valve (need a bigger one)
Ebay cxracing ic piping and small intercooler
1000cc injectors aeromotive fpr and aem 340
Megasquirt 2.2 tied into stock harness

Waiting for next dyno day-
Custom cam and solid lifters
Boost and Knock control
Nitrous 50 shot for spool / power controlled by ms
Stock 5 speed number 2- running shockproof gear oil

Suspension and chassis
Welded crossmembers and braced to stiffen frame
Body 3/4 inch lower on frame with poly bushings
Subaru bugeye wrx steering rack mounted in k member and gktech s14 outer bumpsteer kit
Ridetech monotube single adjustable front coilovers and 550 lb springs
Poly bushings
Speedway circle track upper control arm
V6 front brakes -for now - they work fine - going to 13 in rotors soon

Rear 95 isuzu rodeo dana 44 with yukon 373s and yukon duragrip limited slip
Leaf spring sliders
Belltech springs moved rearward 4 inches
Custom leaf spring mounts
Custom 3rd link traction bar
17x9 level 8s with falken azenis 245 wide
