Lissajous Figures

Lissajous Figures are created by shining a laser onto two mirrors oscillating at right angles to one another with certain frequencies. The shape of the curve depends on the relationship between the frequencies of the two mirrors. The pattern can be projected onto a wall or other large flat surface; the figures here are projected onto a projector screen.
