In Vedanta, there's a story about Svetaketu and his father Uddalaka that teaches us an important lesson. Svetaketu thought he knew everything, but his father wanted him to learn humility. He asked Svetaketu to dissolve salt in water and then find the salt in the water. Svetaketu couldn't find it because the salt had dissolved, just like the divine is present everywhere but not visibly. The lesson here is about understanding that the divine is within everything and everyone, even if we can't see it.
