Today's routine is a mix of lower body exercises and aerobic exercises.

If you have difficulty doing movements such as HIGH KNEE or JUMPING JACK, it is a good idea to replace them with jumping rope.

We recommend that you adjust the intensity and rest time according to your individual exercise performance.

This routine mainly consists of explosive lower body exercises.

If you want additional lower body exercise, I think it would be appropriate to add about 3 sets of static resistance exercises such as goblet squat or rear foot elevated split squat.

Performing upper body exercises on other days may be appropriate.
