Stiff or Seized outboard steering fixing

The steering on my small rib had got very still and this year seized altogether. The usual culprit is dry cruddy grease in the tilt tube. This is how to fix it. Don’t leave it as long as I did till it fully seizes as it makes the job more difficult. Do it once it is stiff
