Congress leader Salman Khurshid arrived
Congress leader Salman Khurshid arrived in Delhi on December 28. Reacting to the Directorate of Enforcement (ED) naming Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi in its charge sheet in a money laundering case, Salman Khurshid denied her name in the charge sheet as accused.
Salman Khurshid said, “There was a mega rally. We have given a message in Nagpur that we are ready. Priyanka Gandhi's name is not there (in the ED chargesheet) as an accused.”
This statement comes after the Enforcement Directorate (ED) named Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi in its charge sheet, mentioning her role in purchasing an agricultural land measuring 40 kanal (five acres) in Haryana's Faridabad from Delhi-based real estate agent HL Pahwa in 2006 and selling the same land to him in February 2010.
