Dr. Janine explains why remembering your dream is a sign of great health.  When you remember your dreams it means you got in deep REM sleep during the night.  Dr. Janine shares research that found people that did remember their dreams had increased connectivity between the medial prefrontal cortex and the temporo-parietal junction.  These people were also found to be more creative.  Dr. Janine suggests seeing the morning sun to make melatonin for later to help get a good night's sleep.  She also advises against taking melatonin supplements.
