Paneer Chilli Recipe-
Ingredients:
1 pack Ching's Secret Paneer Chilli Sauce Mix
200-grams paneer cubes
1 capsicum diced
1 onion diced
1 cup cornflour
1 carrot sliced
450ml water
Oil to deep fry
1 spring onion chopped, for garnish
Method:
Coat cubed paneer in cornflour and deep fry. Keep aside
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok on a high flame, add vegetables and stir-fry for 1 min. Add water, contents of Ching's Secret Paneer Chilli Sauce Mix. Stir and bring to boil. Simmer for 1 more minute or till the sauce is thick.
Garnish with spring onions. Serve hot.
