Join me for a 10 Minute standing pilates full body workout and stretch which will move your spine in all directions to help it feel more flexible and strong,  you'll do stretches as well as exercises to tone your thighs and challenge your balance. You can do it anywhere, at home or on holiday. It's a simple, effective Pilates routine, explained clearly and at a steady pace so you can do it along with me. It's a nice simple routine that's easy to learn and can be done daily to keep you feeling fit and flexible wherever you are.
