WHY WE NEED TO RETREAT... (What is a Retreat? and Why do we need it? - Papae Meditation Center)
The time is now! Everything around us has been trying to tell us this all along. It's time to go inside. Wherever we are in the world, it doesn't matter. What we do for work doesn't matter. Regardless of who you are, we all have a need to get quiet and retreat inside. We need time to contemplate and reflect. We have a need to seek answers deep from within. So take this time to get quiet and still. Allow your mind to rest. Make time to meditate. Make time to slow down. I hope this video inspires you to see the importance of going "retreating" inwards.
