F/A 18 Hornet crash during night landing on USS Lincoln off coast of Seattle, Wa in 1996. Very rough seas and deck movement attributed to crash. Pilot ejects moments before hornet plunges off deck into sea. Pilot's parachute collapses at approx 80 ft and he plunges to deck. Chute opens and pilot is dragged along deck before deck-hands capture him. NOTE: Listen to voice transmissions between carrier and pilot. Gives you chills when they yell, "Power, Power, Power...Wave Off, Wave Off" right before crash, explosions and ejection.
