How to fix "GB usable" RAM problem under 64-bit Windows (set PCI-E Graphics Card as default in BIOS)

If your PC or laptop does NOT have a dedicated graphics-card also, only the onboard graphics chip of the motherboard, or the graphics chip which is on the CPU, then the RAM limitation (...GB usable) will not be eliminated.

If your PC uses a 32-bit Windows then the RAM limitation will also be shown (only If the PC has more than 3GB of RAM).
