This video compares the Radar Cross Section of 50 aircrafts, Stealthiness of an aircraft can be measured by the radar cross section. Higher the radar cross section, easier it is to get detected. lower the rcs, harder to get detected. This video includes fighter jets ranging from heavy fighters like F-15 eagle, Su-30, F-35 to light combat aircrafts like T-50, JF-17, HAL Tejas.

RCS of an aircraft depends on the size of the aircraft, material with which the aircraft is made, shape of the aircraft and other factors.
