Let me show you how to make a wonderful paper vase in the art 3D origami. It’s a nice paper vase DIY. You can make a vase out of origami triangles if you’ll watch this video to the end.

0:01 Hello! Let me show you how to make a paper vase of pieces origami. We’ll make a vase using the wonderful 3D origami technique.
For such a vase of pieces, you’ll need 17 green sheets of paper and 10 pink sheets of paper. Also you can use for making the vase other colors of paper.
0:43 Let’s start making pieces for the vase. The pieces are the bricks from which we’ll assemble our vase.
Take the paper sheet and cut it into 32 identical pieces. Repeat it after me.
Cut the paper and make 540 green and 308 pink blanks.
Take one small rectangle and start folding the piece. Repeat it after me. If something doesn’t work out for you, you can always rewind and look again at lower speed. Fold it as I show.
That's all! We have a piece for 3D origami. The pieces size is called 1/32nd.
You should make the pieces pockets more comfortable for you. Just put one piece on another. Like this.
Now you can make pieces for 3D origami models.
Make the other pieces. You can watch movies or cartoons or listen to music while you folding the pieces. It’ll seem to you that time has passed very quickly.
3:39 Let's start assembling a wonderful vase.
You’ve already made the pieces you need. Take the green piece. And place it with the short side of the piece facing up.

We place one row of pieces with the short side up, and the other two rows with the long side up. Keep doing the rows as I'm showing to you.
We must have 18 green pieces in each row.
When you’ve got 18 pieces in the first row, connect the base into a ring and secure it with a green piece. Put on 2 more pieces in the third row. Correct it a little if you need it.
By the way, if you failed with it you should rewind and watch again.
We begin assembling the 4th row. Take the pink piece and place it with a long side up. But put it on only one pocket. By the way, all pieces in this row you must put on by one pocket. Put on 8 green pieces. Repeat making the pattern {1 pink, 8 green}.
As you can see, there’s nothing complicated in 3D origami. Continue making the pattern two more times.
Did you succeed in assembling this vase's part?
We start making the 5th row of the paper vase. Now you should put on the triangles as usual by two pockets. Put two pink ones on the pink piece. And put on 7 green triangles. Put on 2 pink and 7 green again. Continue making the pattern in this row. This is what you should have at this stage of assembling the nice vase.
6th row. Pink, green, pink, and 6 green pieces. Continue making the pattern.
Did you succeed?
7th row. Pink, 2 green, pink. And 5 green pieces. Repeat making the pattern.
8th row. Pink, green, pink, green, pink, and 4 green. Shape this model into a bowl. Repeat making the pattern.
9th row. Pink, green, 2 pink, green, pink, 3 green. Repeat making the pattern.
10th row. Pink, green, pink, green, pink, green, pink, 2 green. Repeat making the pattern.
11th row of vase’s from pieces. Pink, green, pink, 2 green, pink, green, pink, green. Repeat making the pattern.
12th row. Pink, green, pink, green, pink, green, pink, green, pink. Repeat making the pattern...
24:52 We start making the top of the paper vase. You should place all new pieces with the short side outward. Put 2 green pieces on the pink piece. 7 pink. 1 green.
Now go to the second row and put on 1 green, 6 pink, 1 green.
3rd row. 1 green, 5 pink, 1 green.
4th row. 1 green, 4 pink, 1 green.
5th row. 1 green, 3 pink, 1 green.
6th row. 1 green, 2 pink, 1 green.
7th row. 1 green, 1 pink, 1 green. 2 green.
And finish assembling a vase’s petal with one green triangle. Bend the petal outward.
Put on 1 green, 7 pink. 1 green.
Now we make the second row. 1 green, 6 pink and so on. Make the rest of the petals yourself.
