The whole area has collision,
The whole area has collision, and there are many details similar to the original place in Asylum which is really interesting. Also a special thanks to my friend @SpideySansGoku2517 who edited the UPK file and made this possible! He's the real legend here!
To do this, you gotta:
.Download the UPK here (MAKE SURE TO BACKUP YOUR ORIGINAL JOKERBOSS_B1.UPK!!!):

.Replace it in:
...\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Batman Arkham Knight\BmGame\CookedPCConsole
.Then you use the following code with console commands:
start batentry?Game=BmGame.RGameInfo?ChallengeSource=Frontend_ARChallenge?Id=404?Start=Challenge404?Area=JokerBoss_C1?Flags=BankLarge_IntroWatched,Disable_Saves?Chapters=9?Players=Playable_Batman?Batmobiles=Playable_BatmobileJoker
.And finally, use "ghost" to Arkham Asylum. This way the cutscene won't trigger and you'll be able to explore that room completely!
