Additionally, you’ll need to pay attention to each product’s active ingredient. The active ingredient is what kills or controls the ant. Most baits are made of a small portion of active ingredient while the rest is composed of either carbohydrates, proteins, oils, or a combination of all these together. Look for a product’s active ingredient on the product’s label to learn more about how each product should be used and how it can lead to total elimination. Some baits have advantages over others.
