INGREDIENTS
500g beef mince
Marinate with
Salt
2tbsp ginger&garlic paste
4tbsp white vinegar

Other ingredients
3 medium onions- finely chopped
2 green chillies- slit inbetween
2 inch cinnamon stick
10 cloves
6 peppercorns
1 medium sized tomato- finely chopped
Chorizo or Goan sausages- 100g
Beef mince
1/2tsp turmeric powder
1&1/2tsp red chilli powder
1&1/2tsp garam masala powder
1 medium sized potato- cut into cube size pieces
1 Maggie cube
1tsp sugar- optional
Handfull of fresh coriander

Semolina for coating
Oil for deep frying
