Rishab Jain believes that artificial intelligence (AI) can be the cure to pancreatic cancer. By using AI, treatment for this disease will be revolutionised.
Rishab Jain is a 15-year-old inventor and researcher. He invented an artificial intelligence tool known as the Pancreatic Cancer Deep Learning System which can improve the radiotherapy (radiation) treatment for pancreatic cancer. He also invented The Pancreas Detective, an invention improving the diagnosis of gene mutations used in precision medicine.
In 2018, Rishab was named America’s Top Young Scientist and amongst Time Magazine’s 25 Most Influential Teens.
Rishab hopes to cure pancreatic cancer one day using the power of artificial intelligence. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
