ASUS ROG FLOW Z13 : WATCH OUT!!! - Warning video before you buy. Too good to be true? Catch?

Before you buy an Asus computer, watch this review. This review is a warning from a customer who recently bought the rogflow z13 from Cameron C Butters Tech on YouTube. The support system and repair process for the z13 took 40 days instead of the promised 10 days. The customer (me) was lied to repeatedly and was promised warranty extensions and that the device had already shipped, none of which were true or required multiple follow up calls by myself. I received a completely different solution on the repair ticket, one that did not require the device to be shipped in the first place. This review explains in detail what happened and why you should avoid buying something from Asus right now. Keep in mind, I want ASUS to make improvements, not fail.
