This beginner, no-equipment workout, can be done in any small space. The exercise selection is pilates inspired to work the muscles of the inner and outer thighs (and abdominals). There are follow along instructions throughout the video and exercises are set to the beat of the music to increase the "fun" factor. Feel free to add resistance loops or booty bands to increase the intensity of this workout. For inner thigh movements from a side lying position you may want to take the loop off and place a light dumbbell on your thigh as you lift to add resistance.
