Intel have partnered with Microsoft and LapLink to make a Free Windows 7 to Windows 10 PCMover which allows one to transfer files over ethernet from an old Windows 7 PC to a new WIndows 10 PC provided that the new PC has an Intel Processor (most new PCs do).
