BOSE Wave radio CD player not reading some discs skipping ect. Servo board repair component level.

I figured I would do the service on this old wave radio as a 2 part. The first part dealt with the mechanism that fell apart. After getting that all sorted out there was still comparability with certain discs and I wanted to resolve that, so here is that fix.
