Removing the a stuck Hose Bibb back flow preventer OR Anti-Siphon Vacuum Breaker is a little tricky but not impossible nor is it hard.

Tools:
- Drill bit
- Drill
- Channel Lock Pliers or similar tool

Drill bit should be a little smaller than the hole were the back flow preventer break-off screw is stuck. Start drilling carefully. Your aim is to drill a hole on top of the stuck screw. The screw is not a tough material so it's very easy to drill a hole on top of it. BE VERY CAREFUL NOT TO OVER DRILL. You can very easily drill through the hose bibb. Once the stuck screw is removed you can use the channel lock pliers to remove the back flow preventer.
