Mysterious object in sky zips over downtown Portland

This video, taken in slow motion to capture crows going to roost, also caught a mysterious blurry object barreling across the sky. Is it a flaw in the camera? Could it be a jet? Maybe it's a meteor. What's your guess?  Video courtesy of Max Graves
