This will turn off the
This will turn off the power to all USB ports on your computer when it is powered down. Mouse, Keyboard, USB Stick, External hard drives, ext, all will no longer work when your computer is shut down.
As it may be unclear how to get to the boot menu here are the instructions for that.
1.)Turn on computer.
2.)Press F12 or F5 when first screen appears, this is before the Windows symbol appears.
3.) Enter Setup.
Note: you may have to try this a few times to know which F key to press as this screen flashes by pretty quickly.
