Building a chicken coop for all seasons start to finish- Ontario, Canada

In this video I show you how we build a chicken coop which includes a brooder area, a liftable roost, nest boxes and an winter overhang.  This coop is built with all four Canadian Seasons in mind.  Keeping the chickens comfortable from -40 deg C to +30 deg C (or more).
The coop floor space is 8 x 12 allowing us to get away with not cutting any plywood on the floor.  The back taller wall is 78 inches tall, the front smaller wall is 66 inches tall.  We picked these heights so we would have room to get in and collect eggs.  The studs are 16 inches on centre.
