#Females are more often involved
#median  #age  of onset is 40 years, with #cases  ranging from #infancy  to the seventh decade
Recurrent #sinusitis  and lower respiratory tract infections are common
About half of all people with yellow nail syndrome have bronchiectasis
#yellow  #nail  #syndromes  has been associated with some drugs, e.g. pencillamine
