Resep kroket belanda ini enak
Resep kroket belanda ini enak banget, bisa simpan di freezer tahan 1 bulan dan rasanya tidak berubah. Jika di bekukan, saat mau menggoreng sebaiknya dipindahkan ke kulkas biasa beberapa jam sebelumnya. Jangan di taruh di suhu ruangan karena nanti akan basah.
Kentangnya di goreng bukan di kukus supaya kadar air nya berkurang, saat di goreng tidak pecah.
Bahan:
Kentang 500gr
Susu Cair 200gr
Margarin 50gr
Tepung serbaguna 100gr
Telur 1 butir
Garam dan merica
Isian:
Daging Sapi cincang 250 gr
Wortel 1 buah diparut
Bawang merah, iris tipis
Seledri
Air 1 cup
Pala bubuk
Kecap manis
Garam
Merica
Margarin untuk menutus
Bahan lapisan:
Tepung terigu serbaguna
Telur
Tepung roti
This Holland Croquette can be kept in freezer up until a month, when you want to fry the frozen croquette, thawing few hours before fry in chiller. Fry the potatoes instead of steam, so it reduce the water content, it will not explode when fry the croquette.
