RED STAG AND WILD RABBIT | HOW TO COOK WILD RABBIT

On this episode of the Wild Table, with the Kiwi Outdoor in tow, we head to an incredible farm to cook a thank you lunch for the farmers who graciously allowed us to hunt on their land all bird season long. While we are there, we of course take the opportunity for another hunt and just before dark get ourselves a beautiful young red stag on deck.
