As far as we know,
As far as we know, the theropod dinosaurs are one of the most diverse lineages of animals around. They first developed in the mid- to late triassic period and diversified into all manner of wacky shapes and sizes. Some took the mega predator route, others the over-protected herbivore route. Every now and then a new one is found that bucks the trends already bucked. One of these trailblazers of almost chimeric proportions is a small weirdly toothed critter from what is now japan, meet Fukuivenator.
