Thunderbolt 3 vs USB-C enclosure vs Samsung T5 speed test

Rather than running a speed test app, I decided to compare these drives using the "activity monitor" on my 2020 Macbook air.  
-Sabrent Rocket in Avolution Thunderbolt 3 enclosure
-Samsung 970 Evo Plus in Plugable USB-C 3.1 gen 2 enclosure
Samsung T5 SSD
Micro USB card in a card reader.  Connected via USB C but most likely Gen 2

Yeah, I know- apps that test speed run various different types of tests- sequential, random etc- but I just wanted to test the speed of transfer of a video file (65 GB) from Mac to Enclosed SSD and back.
