How to enable Photoshop Neural Filters (Photoshop v22.0) *Install Steps in the Description*

Note: You don't need to download neural filters manually anywhere, they get downloaded inside Photoshop when used.
- Install Nvidia Studio Drivers https://www.nvidia.com/Download/drive... (no need to restart pc)
- Update Photoshop to v22.0 or later (from Adobe Cloud) (no need to restart pc)
- Run Photoshop (make sure its v22.0 version, not the v21.x, see from Help/About Photoshop..) *Warning: In Start Menu this is Photoshop 2021 (yet the version code is v22.0)
- If no neural filters are visible in the Filters menu, Restart Photoshop (it should now appear)
- In Home view there is small "Whats New" button at bottom left, on that dialog you can click "Neural Filters", then Try Now (to test with their sample images)
