Easy low sugar strawberry rhubarb jam |no added pectin |water bath processing

Strawberry rhubarb jam is the first jam I make every spring. This jam is so good that it rarely makes it to the winter. Growing rhubarb is easy, and so if you like strawberry rhubarb jam, start your own rhubarb patch. I like to add vanilla bean to this jam, but you can omit it.
