Pot au feu de Boeuf - French Pot Roast

This video demonstrates one very common classic approach to making French style pot roast.  Cooking the beef, cleaning & slicing the brisket, making the sauce / juice, plating and garnishing the finished preparation are all parts of this dish.  I’ve served this preparation to hundreds of people over the years and have gotten great results.  I highly recommend this item for special events as well as ordinary dinners for friends and family.
