We share our experience of the 3.5 day course with Ocean Sound Dive & Yoga @oceansounddiveandyoga and take you through our thoughts and experience throughout it.
Jen went in with some anxiety, but DID IT! So if you're interested in seeing/hearing what it was like (especially if you're anxious) then we hope maybe this video will encourage and inspire you to get certified! ESPECIALLY if you're in Thailand as it's beautiful, safe and CHEAP to do!
